WE HAVE THE TICKETS (ALMOST):)

I've decided to write a few words in english as I'd like to show (to Giorgi and englishspeaking girls we met in the park today) how the ordinary report from our trip calendar looks like and what I'm usually writing about. So going back to the topic of our tickets. We almost have them:) Giorgi made a phone call first thing in the morning to the Instra office in Poti and a lady (the one who is helpful) said the tickets are ready to be picked up from the desk. Knowing Instra I'll believe it when I see them or better grab them from this desk:) Anyway according to the info we got we're supposed to be tomorrow morning in the port and our sea adventure is about to begin:) The whole trip to Odesa takes roundabout 48 hours and during the trip there will be no contact with us as there's no GSM reception on the ship. Big thanks to Giorgi for a very nice stay at his guesthouse. Visit him and you'll see how hospitable Georgians are:) A little off topic on the end. We were talking with Giorgi of a politics today. I'm not going to report everything which was risen up. But there was one topic worth to be mentioned. In Georgia the subject of rebellious republics (Abchasia and South Osetia) and Russian part in this issue is especially alive (as we all know there was a war in August 08). Giorgians take every chance they have to put a pressure on Moscow and force them to change the politics in a region which means - cut their interference in Georgian's internal decisions (all about the northern borders). One of the ways to achieve that is an official protest to the Olimpic Games Commitee in order to cancel the Winter Olimpic Games in Sochi, which are planned for 2014. As my grandmother used to say It's always worth to try. But is any of you still believe in a spirit of Olimpic Games? It was always a business but after the 'feast of sport' in Bejing it's nothing more than a business. And I see no chance anybody will consider seriously the cancellation of WOG in Sochi due to the Russian's occupation of Georgian teritory. Would you agree?
